Our deployment methodology have 3 major phases:
Analysis Phase – during the phase our consultants will collect information about about you infrastructure and requirements, consolidate main design decisions into Service Deployment Plan and produce Update Plan, which will contain all necessary changes to infrastructure in order to allow usage of Office 365 and data migration.
Update Phase – that phase goal is to make necessary amendments to networks, client estate and identity platform as well as Exchange and SharePoint infrastructure, where applicable. During that phase our consultants will provide expertise and assistance on order to make all required changes most time and cost efficient way. At the end of this phase you will be able to start using Office 365 platform.
Migration Phase – optional phase, built for customers who planning to migrate their data into Office 365. During that phase we will provide assistance for data migration using Microsoft tools or solutions from other vendors. We can provide expertise for migration of mailboxes, PSTs, SharePoint sites or user files.
